Takoma Central offers affordable housing apartment residences ranging from studio, one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans, Housing vouchers and subsidies are welcome. Please note that Takoma Central also is part of the Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) program.

The Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) Program requires that most new (and some renovated) residential developments include some affordable homes. IZ homes are apartments for rent or condos/townhomes for sale.
